Does this offer include logo design services?
No, you’ll need to provide your own logo files. We can, however, recommend trusted designers if you need assistance creating an embroidery-ready design.
Can I have multiple logos embroidered on one order?
The free set-up applies to one logo. Each additional logo requires a standard $50 set-up fee. We’re equipped to handle multiple designs as needed.
How long will it take to complete my order?
In-stock orders are typically ready within two weeks. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks, depending on design approval and complexity. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I order items from another supplier and still qualify for the offer?
All items must be purchased through Sportscoast Trophies or Waratah Sports to qualify for the free set-up promotion. We can however embroider items from another supplier, they just wont qualify for this promotion.
What if I don’t meet the 15-item minimum?
The free set-up offer requires a minimum order of 15 items. This includes a combination of items such as 5 hats, 5 shirts, 5 jumpers totalling 15 items. If you need fewer, contact us to discuss alternative options that can still meet your needs.
